All provinces except Hubei can waive the above three fees for small, medium and micro enterprises from February to June, and halve the fees for large enterprises from February to April. Hubei province from February to June to all kinds of insurance enterprises can be exempted. At the same time, before the end of June, the enterprise can apply for deferred payment of housing provident fund, during this period due to the impact of the epidemic on the staff can not be normal repayment of provident fund loans, do not make overdue processing. By implementing the above policies, we have fully considered the balance of social insurance funds and other conditions, so as to ensure that pensions and other social security benefits are paid in full and on time.

We will give top priority to ensuring employment stability, a top priority of the "six stability" initiative
We will promptly issue scientifically classified and realistic guidelines on epidemic prevention for the resumption of work and production, guide localities in determining the conditions for the resumption of work and production, and remove unnecessary deposits. We will accelerate the implementation of the fiscal, taxation and financial support policies we have introduced. We will do a targeted job search for key groups. The return of migrant workers to their posts should be organized in an orderly manner through cross-regional point-to-point labor cooperation. In addition to areas where the epidemic situation is serious and the risk of its spread is high, unreasonable regulations restricting the return of workers should be resolutely corrected. We will combine poverty alleviation efforts with local development efforts to support rural migrant workers in finding jobs closer to home. We will promptly formulate plans for deferment of employment for college graduates and step up online recruitment. We will support enterprises in creating flexible employment opportunities to meet people's online consumption needs. Individual businesses are important employment subjects, we should promptly study and introduce supporting policies.
03
We will ensure basic living standards for the unemployed
We will promptly include people affected by the outbreak who have difficulty finding jobs in the scope of employment assistance, and ensure that unemployment insurance benefits are paid on time and in full. We will support the development of temporary public welfare posts in areas hit hard by the epidemic, and use unemployment insurance funds to provide unemployment subsidies to the unemployed.
